Ingredients
- 1 tbsp green peppercorns (jar)
- 300 g beef tartare (ground steak)
- 1 tsp red curry paste
- Salt
- 1 small red onion
- 2 lettuce leaves (e.g., romaine)
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 2 whole‑grain buns
- 50 g mango chutney (2 tbsp)
Instructions

Drain peppercorns and finely chop. Mix with tartare and curry paste in a bowl; lightly salt. Peel onion and slice into rings. Wash lettuce leaves and dry thoroughly. Slice tomato.

Shape the meat mixture into two equal patties. Heat a grill pan and brush with oil. Grill onion rings and burgers together for 2–3 minutes on each side.

Halve buns and place lettuce on the bottom halves. Top with burgers, then add onion rings and tomato slices. Spoon 1 tbsp mango chutney onto each patty. Place the top halves back on and serve.
