Ingredients
- 6 untreated satsumas or alternatively organic mandarins
- 1 lemon
- 5–6 spice cloves
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 200 ml apple juice (naturally cloudy)
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 4 teaspoons honey

Wash the satsumas hot and dry rub them. From one satsuma cut off a very thin peel, slice another fruit into thin wedges, halve the remaining fruits and squeeze out their juice. Halve the lemon and also squeeze its juice.

Heat the satsuma juice, peel and slices, lemon juice, cloves, cinnamon sticks, apple juice, coconut milk and about 200 ml water in a pot over medium heat. Turn off the stove, cover the punch and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Pour into glasses, sweeten each with 1 teaspoon honey and drink while still warm.
