The Cherry Punch from Spoonsparrow is a spicy drink that is always well received in both summer and winter!
Ingredients
- 500 ml light grape juice
- 250 ml cherry juice
- 2 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 200 g cherries (from the jar)
Instructions

Slowly heat the grape juice, cherry juice, star anise and roughly crushed cinnamon stick in a pot, but do not let it boil. Add honey and vanilla powder and dissolve.

Finally add lemon juice and drained pickled cherries and warm briefly. Strain the punch and distribute the cherries onto the glasses.
