Ingredients

  • 80 g dark chocolate (semi‑bitter)
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 50 g lightly whipped cream

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it in a pot over low heat. Add the milk and stir until it comes to a boil.

    Remove the pot from the heat, stir in the sugar. Pour into glasses or mugs. Add 1–2 tbsp of cream to each glass, gently mix, and serve hot.
