Spicy Apple Punch

With ginger, the spicy apple punch from Spoonsparrow heats up nicely. Perfect for the wet-cold season!

Ingredients

  • 10 g ginger (1 piece)
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 450 ml cloudy apple juice
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks

Instructions

    Peel the ginger and slice it into very thin rounds. Squeeze half a lemon.

    Pour the apple and lemon juices into a pot, add the cinnamon sticks and ginger, then warm slowly over low heat until just before boiling, but do not let it boil.

    Serve the punch in two glasses.
