Ingredients

  • 8 egg yolks
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 l water
  • 0.5 l rum
  • nutmeg

Instructions

    Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy.

  2. 2.

    Bring the water to a boil, add the rum and heat again.

  3. 3.

    Carefully pour the egg mixture over it, remove immediately from heat and fill glasses. Sprinkle some nutmeg on top.
