Ingredients

  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 12 black olives
  • 1 ball mozzarella
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • thyme sprig
  • olive oil
  • 200 g chanterelle mushrooms
  • 250 g roast beef (sliced)

Instructions

    Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.

    Wash and quarter the bell peppers, remove seeds. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella.

    Distribute tomatoes and olives onto the pepper quarters, top with mozzarella slices, add a bit of thyme, and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a hot oven at 200°C for several minutes until the cheese melts.
