Ingredients
- 400 g linguine
- Salt
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp oil
- 800 g tomatoes (1 can)
- 100 g heavy cream
- pepper (ground)
- sugar
- Basil
Instructions

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Peel and finely dice garlic and onion, then sauté in hot oil. Add tomatoes with juice, gently crush them. Stir in cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Taste.

Wash and pat basil dry, finely chop leaves, and fold into sauce at the end. Mix with drained pasta.

Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
