Ingredients

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • pinch sugar
  • 100 g parmesan (whole piece)

Instructions

    Heat the tomatoes in boiling water, then cool, peel, quarter, remove seeds and dice the flesh.

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil, sauté both, add the tomatoes and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Season with salt, sugar, and pepper.

    Cook spaghetti al dente according to package instructions in salted water, drain, arrange on plates, pour hot tomato sauce over it, grate parmesan on top, and serve.
