- 350 g spaghetti
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 0.125 l vegetable broth (from a jar)
- 1 bundle basil
- 70 g grated parmesan cheese
- salt (pepper)

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in plenty of salted water.

Rinse the tomatoes with hot water, shock them in cold water, peel, quarter, seed and chop into pieces. Pull basil leaves from stems, set aside some for garnish, finely chop the rest. Add the tomatoes to a pot, pour in vegetable broth, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix spaghetti with the tomato sauce and sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan and basil leaves.
