Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- 400 g spinach (or young Swiss chard)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 splash white wine
- 2 shallots
- 2 tbsp butter
- 150 g whipping cream
- 80 g walnut halves
- Salt
- Pepper
- ground nutmeg

Wash the spinach, trim thick stems and simmer in a pot over medium heat until wilted; remove. Peel and finely chop the shallots, sauté with garlic in butter, add spinach, and cook for 2 minutes. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.

Heat cream with salt, nutmeg, and pepper. Arrange pasta on plates, top with spinach, pour over cream, and sprinkle chopped walnuts. Season with freshly ground pepper.
