Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 2 shallots
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 red chili pepper
- 400 g tuna (in its own juice)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (ground)
- a handful arugula (cleaned, washed and spun dry)
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Meanwhile peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic.

Wash the chili, remove seeds and cut into fine pieces. Drain the tuna and break into chunks. Sauté the shallots and garlic in hot olive oil, add the tuna and chilies, cook briefly, then season with salt and pepper.
