Spaghetti with Shrimp and Wild Garlic Cream Sauce

This pasta with shrimp and wild garlic cream sauce is easy to prepare and tastes great for dinner, lunch, or as a take‑away meal.

Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 300 g shrimp (pre‑cooked, peeled and deveined)
  • 100 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
  • pepper (ground)
  • 100 g light cream
  • 0.5 bunch wild garlic

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.

    Peel and finely chop the onion; wash and dice the tomatoes.

  3. 3.

    Heat butter in a pan and gently sauté the onion mixture. Add the shrimp and stir briefly. Then add the tomatoes, pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.

    Stir in the light cream, taste the sauce, and fold in sliced wild garlic. Drain the pasta and immediately mix it with the sauce. Plate and serve.
