Pasta with Herb Sauce

Pasta with herb sauce is easy to prepare and tastes great for dinner, lunch, and is perfect for takeout.

Ingredients

  • 1 bundle basil
  • 1 bundle wild garlic
  • 0.5 bundle parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 500 g wide ribbon pasta (pappardelle)
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 250 g heavy cream
  • 50 g parmesan (finely grated)
  • Pepper
  • basil (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash, dry, and chop the herbs (basil, wild garlic, and parsley). Peel and halve the garlic and onion, then dice finely. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

    Heat the butter, sauté the onion and garlic, sprinkle with flour, let it brown slightly, then slowly stir in wine and cream. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until the onions are soft. Add the herbs and bring to a boil once more.

    Blend the sauce and season with parmesan, salt, and pepper. Drain the pasta, divide onto four plates, pour the sauce over, and garnish with basil before serving.
