Ingredients

  • 400 g porcini mushrooms
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 shallots
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Peel the shallots and cut into fine strips. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

    Heat the oil and butter. Sauté the mushrooms over high heat for 2 minutes. Add the shallots, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add parsley, and toss thoroughly with drained spaghetti. Plate and serve.
