Ingredients

  • 100 g spicy Gouda
  • 100 g Gruyère cheese
  • 100 g butter cheese (all freshly grated)
  • 350 g spaghetti
  • 0.5 bundle spring onions
  • 250 g whipping cream
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • nutmeg

Instructions

    Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

    Clean and wash the spring onions. Dice the white part finely, slice the rest into thin rings, then blanch for 1-2 minutes in boiling salted water, drain, rinse with cold water, and let dry.

    Heat the cream in a pot, add the cheese, stir thoroughly until melted. Add the spring onions, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Drain the pasta, let it dry, and immediately mix with the cheese sauce.
