Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 80 g pistachios (ground)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • coarsely chopped pistachios (for sprinkling)

Instructions

    Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, and toss with olive oil, lemon juice, ground pistachios, and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and serve on pre-warmed plates.
