Spaghetti with Ham-Mascarpone Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- 150 g cooked ham
- 250 g mascarpone
- 1 lemon (organic, zest and juice)
- Salt
- Pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions. Slice the ham into strips.

Whisk the mascarpone with a splash of lemon juice and 3-4 tablespoons of reserved cooking water until smooth; season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the ham. Drain the pasta and immediately toss it with the mascarpone mixture, taste, and serve garnished with lemon zest.
