- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 2 sprigs Basil
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 2 dried peperoncini (to taste)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (ground)

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Wash and dry the herbs, then finely chop the leaves. Crush the peperoncini in a mortar. Peel the garlic, slice it lengthwise into thin rounds and sauté in a hot pan with the olive oil.

Add the crushed peperoncini and parsley to the pan and cook briefly. Drain the pasta, let it drain, add it to the pan, toss everything together, season with salt and pepper, and serve plated on a dish.
