Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- Salad? actually salt
- 1 bundle Tarragon
- 0.5 bundle dill
- 0.5 bundle chives
- 2 shallots
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp butter
- 6 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 1 tsp lemon zest

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Wash and dry the herbs, then finely chop them—reserve a few sprigs for garnish. Slice the chives into fine ribbons, leaving some stems intact. Peel and dice the shallots and garlic, then sauté them in hot butter until translucent.

Add dill, tarragon, and chive ribbons to the pan, pour in orange and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.

Drain the pasta into a colander, toss it with the herb sauce, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, and plate. Garnish with remaining herbs and lemon zest before serving.
