Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 EL Butter
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 EL lemon zest
- a pinch of sugar
- 4 EL lemon juice
- pepper from the grinder
- 1 TL fresh thyme leaves
- 50 g Parmesan
- nutmeg
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop shallot and garlic.

Sauté in olive oil and butter until translucent, add lemon zest, sprinkle sugar, deglaze with lemon juice, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Arrange spaghetti on warmed plates, pour sauce over, scatter thyme, and grate parmesan on top.
