Spaghetti Pizza

Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 eggs (size M)
- 150 ml Heavy Cream
- 250 g grated cheese (pizza cheese)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 500 g diced tomatoes (from package or can)
- 60 g black olives (pitted)
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 150 g mozzarella
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente.

Beat eggs with cream and 200 g cheese, season with salt and pepper. Peel and chop garlic. Add tomatoes to a pot, add garlic, bring to boil, season with salt and pepper. Drain spaghetti, rinse under cold water and let drain in a colander.

Line the baking pan with parchment paper so that it overhangs the edges. Spread spaghetti on the pan and pour the egg-cream mixture over it. Spread tomato sauce over it. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and olives. Clean mushrooms, cut into slices. Slice mozzarella. Distribute mushrooms and mozzarella on the tray, lightly salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (gas: level 4-5, fan: 220°C) on the lowest rack for 20-25 minutes. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
