Ingredients

  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil (and chopped coriander leaves)
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 40 g peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp sweet and sour chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 100 g soybean sprouts
  • 250 g mozzarella

Instructions

    Let pizza dough thaw according to instructions. Slice chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil and lightly sear the chicken strips.

    Clean, rinse, and slice spring onions into rings. Peel carrots and cut into thin strips. Mix peanut butter with chili sauce and soy sauce. Peel ginger, finely chop, and stir into the peanut mixture.

    Roll out pizza dough on a sheet of parchment paper. Spread the peanut mixture over it. Top with prepared vegetables and soybean sprouts. Slice mozzarella and place on top. Sprinkle coriander over everything. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas: level 3-4, fan: 180°C) for 20-25 minutes.
