Ingredients

  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • flour
  • 100 g black pitted olives
  • 1 bundle parsley
  • 3 tsp chopped onions
  • 6 tsp olive oil

Instructions

    Prepare the pizza dough according to instructions and let it rise. Divide the dough into 6 portions and shape them into flat round discs. Place on baking trays lined with parchment paper and dust lightly with flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas: level 3-4, convection: 180°C) for 18-20 minutes.

    Chop the olives finely. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, and roughly chop it. Crumble the onions finely.

    While the flatbreads are still hot, puncture them several times with a fork and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with olives, parsley, and onions before serving.
