Ingredients
- 250 g mixed minced meat
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 carrots
- 0.5 bunch spring onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 tsp vegetable broth (instant)
- 400 g spaghetti
Instructions

Peel and finely dice the carrots. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into rings. Wash the tomatoes and finely dice the flesh.

Brown the minced meat in oil over high heat while stirring, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Add the vegetables to the meat and cover; simmer for about 10 minutes.

Deglaze the sauce with a little water, add the broth, salt, and pepper, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, and serve with the sauce.
