Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 onions
  • 100 g carrots
  • 100 g celery sticks
  • 100 g leek
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 400 g diced tomatoes (1 can)
  • 1-2 Knorr beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 50 g parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic and onions. Dice the carrots, celery sticks, and leek.

    Brown the minced meat with the vegetables in hot olive oil, seasoning with pepper. Add tomato paste and tomatoes. Dissolve the bouillon cubes in 400 ml hot water and pour over the mixture.

    Simmer the Bolognese over medium heat for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning with pepper and salt, then fold in parsley.

    Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling, lightly salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Serve the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
