Ingredients
- 300 g Soy Curd
- 1 apple
- 2 Kiwis
- 3 tsp Flaxseed meal
- 4 tbsp rolled oats
Instructions

Mix the soy curd until smooth and divide it into two bowls. Peel, halve, core and chop the apples into small pieces. Peel and also chop the kiwi into small pieces.

Place the apple and kiwi cubes on the soy curd. Serve sprinkled with flaxseed and oats.
