Blueberry-Cashew Quark

Layered breakfast quark for little ones: Blueberry-Cashew Quark from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 0.5 Vanilla bean
  • 400 g Low-fat quark
  • 100 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 200 g Blueberries
  • 200 g Apples (1 apple)
  • 10 g Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
  • 30 g Cashew butter (30 g)

Instructions

    Halve the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Mix the vanilla seeds with quark and milk.

    Wash and drain the blueberries. Wash, core, and dice the apple. Combine blueberries, apple, and lemon juice in a tall container and puree finely with an immersion blender.

    Layer the vanilla quark and blueberry puree alternately into small glasses. Spoon cashew butter over the top and serve with some grated apple if desired.
