Snowman Cake Pops

Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 200 g Flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • cocoa couverture
  • wooden sticks

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Whisk together butter, sugar, baking powder, flour and the eggs into a batter. Pour this into a loaf pan and bake at 200°C (180°C fan) for 45 minutes. Let the finished cake cool.

    Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Cut the crusts from the cooled cake. Then crumble the cake into the cream cheese mixture and form small balls from the new dough.

    Place the balls in the refrigerator for 1 hour or put them in the freezer for 15 minutes.

    Melt the cocoa couverture. Dip each stick about 2 cm into the melted chocolate, then skewer a ball onto it. Dip the ball into the glaze and set on a Styrofoam block to dry.

    Decorate the cake pops as desired.
