Ingredients
- 150 g chanterelles (frozen or fresh)
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- Salt
- 5 g parsley (1 handful)
- 4 slices whole‑grain bread (50 g each)
- 100 g cream cheese (45% fat in the tub)
- Pepper
- 80 g wild ham or beef ham (4 slices)

Clean fresh chanterelles, thaw frozen ones. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chanterelles over high heat for 5–7 minutes on all sides. Season with salt and set aside.

Wash parsley, pat dry and roughly chop. Arrange bread slices side by side, spread each with cream cheese and season with pepper. Top each slice with one piece of wild ham. Distribute chanterelles and parsley over the ham.
