Ingredients

  • 200 g fine corn flour
  • Salt
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 150 g sprouts

Instructions

    Mix the flour with 1 tsp salt. Gradually knead in about 300 ml water to form a soft yet firm dough. Shape into four balls and refrigerate. After about an hour, roll each ball into thin, large pancakes and fry in a little oil for 1-2 minutes on each side. Fill with sprouts, roll up, cut the rolls in half, and serve immediately.
