Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (fresh)
  • 2 tbsp acacia honey
  • 400 ml whole milk
  • 2 tbsp wheat sprouts
  • nutmeg freshly grated
  • cinnamon powder

Instructions

    Separate the eggs. Whisk the yolks with the honey using an electric hand mixer until frothy.

    Heat the milk until bubbles form at the edge but do not let it boil. Whisk the whites to stiff peaks.

    Add the warmed milk and wheat sprouts to the yolk mixture and blend everything into a homogeneous mass with an immersion blender.

    Season with nutmeg and cinnamon to taste, then fold in the stiff whites.

    Pour into glasses and serve immediately, optionally accompanied by fresh fruit.
