Ingredients

  • 400 ml cold buttermilk
  • 2 ripe pears (e.g., Williams)
  • 1 tsp fruit sugar

Instructions

    Peel the pears, halve them, remove the core, and cut into pieces.

    Blend together with the fruit sugar and kefir in a blender until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately.
