Ingredients
- 400 ml cold buttermilk
- 2 ripe pears (e.g., Williams)
- 1 tsp fruit sugar

Peel the pears, halve them, remove the core, and cut into pieces.

Blend together with the fruit sugar and kefir in a blender until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately.
