Ingredients

  • 1 EL chia seeds
  • 300 g papaya flesh
  • 80 g kale leaves (only the inner, light ones)
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • unprocessed orange zest (for garnish)

Instructions

    Soak the chia seeds in cold water for 15 minutes. Dice the papaya.

  2. 2.

    Wash and finely chop the kale. Set aside a little for garnish.

  3. 3.

    Drain the seeds and blend them with the other ingredients in a stand mixer until smooth.

    Pour into glasses, garnish with orange zest and remaining kale leaves, and serve.
