Ingredients
- 1 EL chia seeds
- 300 g papaya flesh
- 80 g kale leaves (only the inner, light ones)
- 200 ml orange juice
- 2 EL lemon juice
- unprocessed orange zest (for garnish)
Instructions

Soak the chia seeds in cold water for 15 minutes. Dice the papaya.

Wash and finely chop the kale. Set aside a little for garnish.

Drain the seeds and blend them with the other ingredients in a stand mixer until smooth.

Pour into glasses, garnish with orange zest and remaining kale leaves, and serve.
