Smoothie Ice

The Smoothie Ice from Spoonsparrow refreshes on hot days without added sugar, but with plenty of vital nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 80 g Baby Spinach
  • 1 handful mint
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp matcha tea powder
  • 200 ml coconut milk

Instructions

    Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit and cut into large cubes. Peel the banana and slice it. Wash and dry the spinach, mint, and parsley. Remove the mint leaves from their stems. Squeeze the lemon.

    Blend the herbs with spinach, banana, mango, lemon juice, matcha, and coconut milk until smooth. Add about 150 ml cold water to reach a thick‑creamy consistency. Pour the mixture into ice molds and freeze for about 2 hours. Insert sticks and continue freezing for at least another 2 hours.
