Smoked Turkey Breast Cream

The smoked turkey breast cream is an excellent source of protein, as turkey and dairy products contain valuable amino acids (protein building blocks).

Ingredients

  • 1 Spring onion
  • 100 g smoked turkey breast (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp cooking cream
  • 2 tbsp herb crème fraîche (15% fat)
  • 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash and trim the spring onion; dice the white parts and place them in a tall container.

  2. 2.

    Slice the green parts into very thin rings and set aside on a small plate.

  3. 3.

    Dice the turkey breast slices finely and add them to the tall container.

  4. 4.

    Add cooking cream, crème fraîche, and mustard, then blend everything with an immersion blender. Season with pepper, sprinkle with spring onion greens, and serve.
