Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 1 tbsp grape seed oil
  • 250 g smoked salmon (thin slices)
  • 2 tsp capers (pickled and drained)
  • coriander leaves (for garnish)
  • coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit and slice thinly. Peel the onion and cut into fine strips or rings. Whisk lime juice with salt, white pepper, and oil.

    Arrange some mango slices on a plate and top with smoked salmon slices (optionally roll them decoratively). Sprinkle with onion strips and capers. Drizzle with the citrus dressing and garnish with coriander leaves and coconut flakes.
