Ingredients

  • 16 pre-cooked shrimp
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 4 limes
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 piece fresh ginger
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 limes (juice)
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

    Wash and finely chop the coriander. Peel and grate the ginger finely. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Mix coriander, lime juice, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and a pinch of salt well together. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with kitchen paper.

    Combine the shrimp and marinate for about 2 hours. Drain the shrimp well and briefly fry them in hot oil on both sides. Slice the limes into rounds. Place one shrimp on each round using a toothpick. Serve warm.
