Ingredients
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 150 g smoked trout
- 2 pickles
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- lemon juice (as needed)
- 1 untreated lemon

Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes and break the trout fillets apart with a fork.

Drain the pickles and dice them. Wash the dill, pat dry, trim the tips, set aside some, and chop the rest. Mix mayonnaise with cream cheese, chopped dill, diced pickles, and pickle juice; season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice if desired. Rinse the lemon hot, grate dry, and slice thinly.

Fill each glass 1 tbsp of the cream, top with some salmon and trout pieces, repeat twice more. Finish with the cream, garnish with dill tips and one lemon slice per glass, serve immediately.
