  • 200 g cucumber
  • 200 g cured salmon
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • black pepper (ground)
  • 0.25 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped chives

    Peel the cucumber and dice it into small cubes. Dice the salmon into small cubes as well. Mix the lemon juice with salt, pepper, and coriander; add the cucumber, salmon, and chives and stir gently.
