Smoked Salmon Bites

Ingredients

  • 8 slices whole grain toast
  • 70 g crème fraîche
  • 20 g Parmesan
  • Pepper
  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 1 box watercress
  • 8 fresh quail eggs

Instructions

    Toast the bread and cut out 16 approximately 4 cm wide discs. Mix crème fraîche and parmesan, season with pepper. Trim the watercress with scissors.

    Boil the quail eggs for about 6 minutes, shock them, peel and halve. Spread the toast with the cream mixture, sprinkle watercress on top. Place one egg half on each disc and lay a strip of salmon to form an edge around the bread.
