Smoked Fish Canapés

Ingredients

  • Salad leaves (washed, spun dry, chopped)
  • 100 g smoked salmon trout fillet (cut into 8 equal pieces)
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp horseradish cream
  • Salt
  • white pepper (ground)
  • 0.5 kiwi
  • 8 small slices of white bread

Instructions

    Arrange the canapés first with salad, then top with trout fillet.

    Mix cream cheese with lemon juice, horseradish, salt and pepper; use a squeeze bottle to spritz small rosettes onto the trout fillet.

    Peel the kiwi, cut into small pieces, and garnish the canapés with them.
