Ingredients
- 8 pearl onions
- 5 small firm pears
- 3 sprigs oregano
- 4 tbsp clarified butter
- 8 small salsiccia sausages
- coarse Sea salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Peel the onions. Wash the pears, quarter them and remove the core. Rinse the oregano and shake dry.

Heat the clarified butter in a pan and first brown the onions 2-3 minutes until light brown. Then add the sausages and pears and continue browning for another 5-6 minutes, turning all sides until light brown. Finally, stir in the oregano, season with salt and pepper, taste, and serve immediately.
