Avocado and Turkey Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of ready‑made wraps (or tortilla flatbread from the bread aisle)
  • 1 Avocado
  • Roman lettuce leaf
  • 0.5 Camembert
  • 200 g smoked turkey breast fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • cold‑pressed olive oil

Instructions

    Warm the wraps according to package instructions. Peel, halve, pit the avocado and cut into thin strips. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the Camembert. Peel the kohlrabi, quarter it and slice into thin rounds.

    Fill the wraps with lettuce, turkey slices, Camembert, avocado and kohlrabi as desired. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little olive oil. Roll tightly and cut diagonally to serve.
