Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100 g butter
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 75 g honey
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp spelt whole‑grain flour
- 100 g Ground Almonds
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar from whole‑cane sugar (for dusting)
Instructions

Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter over a hot water bath, then let it cool slightly.

Scrape out the vanilla bean seeds and stir them into the melted chocolate along with the honey. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour, almonds, baking powder, and salt together and fold into the batter.

Pour the dough into a pan, smooth the top, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 2–3) for 25–30 minutes.

Remove from the oven, let the cake cool, lift it out of the springform, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
