Ingredients
- butter (for the glasses)
- Breadcrumbs (for the glasses)
- 3 eggs
- 80 g soft butter
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g whole cane sugar
- 120 g chestnut flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 60 g pine nuts
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C with top and bottom heat. Grease the glasses thoroughly with butter and dust them with breadcrumbs.

Separate the eggs. Cream the butter with both sugars. Stir in the yolks. Mix the chestnut flour with cocoa and baking powder, then fold into the batter. Add milk and whisk until smooth. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and fold in half of the pine nuts. Pour the batter into the glasses and sprinkle with remaining pine nuts. Place the glasses on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
