Ingredients
- 600 g beef (e.g., flank)
- 3 cm ginger
- 10 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 stalks leeks (only light and dark green)
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce

Rinse the beef, pat dry, and cut into strips. Peel the ginger and garlic; dice the ginger finely and halve the garlic. Clean the leeks, split lengthwise, wash, and slice into ~1 cm wide strips.

In a hot wok with oil, stir‑fry the beef with ginger and garlic for 1–2 minutes until seared. Add the leeks and pour in a splash of water. Continue stirring for another 2–3 minutes, letting the liquid evaporate.

Season with soy sauce and serve immediately.
