Skyr with Seeds, Grapefruit and Kiwi

Crispy, delicious and healthy – our Skyr with seeds, grapefruit and kiwi is the perfect start to the day.
Ingredients
- 15 g Pistachios (1 tbsp)
- 15 g Almonds (1 tbsp)
- 15 g Walnuts (1 tbsp)
- 15 g Cashews (1 tbsp)
- 10 g Coconut chips (1 tbsp)
- 1 Grapefruit (or Blood Orange)
- 2 Kiwis
- 800 g Skyr
- 8 g puffed Amaranth (2 tbsp)
Instructions

Toast the nuts and coconut chips in a hot pan over medium heat without fat for 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Slice the grapefruit, quarter the slices and peel as desired. Peel the kiwis and slice them.

Fill the Skyr into 4 bowls, add the fruit, sprinkle with nuts and amaranth and serve.
