Ingredients
- 16 raw shrimp (headless)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp chopped herbs (e.g. parsley, dill, rosemary)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 1 Zucchini
- 300 g salmon fillet (deboneed)

Wash the shrimp and peel them so that the tail fins remain. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix the shrimp, garlic, herbs and olive oil together. Wash the zucchini, trim it, cut it lengthwise in half and then slice into thumb‑thick sections. Parboil in a steamer basket of a pot for about 10 minutes. Wash the salmon, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into large cubes.

Soak 8 wooden skewers in warm water so they do not burn on the grill. Thread zucchini, salmon and shrimp onto the skewers and grill over preheated heat for about 4 minutes total, turning to cook all sides.
