- 4 large plain tortilla sheets (pre-made)
- 150 g canned black beans
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 200 g shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- 2 Spring Onions
- Salt
- Pepper

Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds and membranes, and dice into small cubes.

Rinse the beans and drain well.

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes after washing them.

Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into rings. Mix with beans, bell pepper, and chicken.

Place two tortilla sheets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle half of the cheese over each sheet, then distribute half of the vegetable‑chicken mixture on top, season with salt and pepper, and finish with the remaining cheese. Cover each layer with the second tortilla sheet, press lightly. Transfer to another parchment‑lined tray and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for about 20–25 minutes.
